Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje vztahu regionálních novinářů k místu, v němž pracují a o kterém informují, z hlediska blízkosti jak emocionální, tak prostorové i časové. Zabývá se také proměnou novinářských rutin v souvislosti se vztahem k danému místu a jeho souvislostí s tvorbou zpráv. Cílem práce je s využitím kvalitativního výzkumu a za pomoci případové studie regionálního Deníku zjistit a popsat, jaký vztah mají regionální novináři k lokalitě, o které informují, a jak tento vztah souvisí s tvorbou zpráv. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy, jako jsou blízkost nebo vztah k místu, následně se věnuje tématu novin a jejich vazbě na konkrétní místo a také emocím v práci novináře a je-jich roli při tvorbě zpráv. Metodologická část charakterizuje zvolenou metodu hloubkových rozhovorů a představuje design výzkumu, který je navržen jako případová studie. Poté navazuje kontextuální část, která rozebírá zkoumané médium, jímž je v tomto případě regionální Deník, přesněji jeho východočeské mutace. Empirická část se věnuje regionálním novinářům a jejich vztahu k místu, o němž informují. Zabývá se také rolí tohoto vztahu při tvorbě zpráv. Zjišťuje, jaké vazby na dané mís-to novináři mají a zda, případně jak tyto vazby souvisí s tvorbou zpráv a novinářskými rutinami.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the relationship of regional journalists to the place where they work and about which they report, in terms of emotional, spatial and temporal proximity. It also deals with the trans-formation of journalistic routines in connection with the sense of place and its connection with the creating news. The aim of the work is to use qualitative research and with the help of a case study of the regional newspaper to find out and describe the relationship of regional journal-ists to the locality they inform about, and how this relationship is relat-ed to the creation of news. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts, such as proximity or sense of place, then deals with the topic of newspapers and their connection to a particular place, as well as emotions in the work of a journalist and their role in creating news. The methodological part characterizes the chosen method of in-depth interviews and presents the research design, which is designed as a case study. Then follows the contextual part, which analyzes the re-searched medium, which in this case is the regional Deník, precisely its East Bohemian mutations. The empirical part deals with regional jour-nalists and their relationship to the place they report on. It also deals with the role of this relationship in the transformation of journalistic routines. It finds out what ties journalists have to a given place and whether or how these ties are related to the creation of reports and journalistic routines.
