Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na otázku legalizace eutanazie. Nejprve se zabývá etikou, morálkou a lékařskou etikou. Dále vysvětluje pojem eutanazie, její historii, použití ve světě a legislativní stav v České republice. V práci je popsána paliativní péče a její vliv na umírající pacienty. The bachelor thesis focuses on legalization of euthanasia. In the first instance this work deals with ethics, morality and medical ethics. Further, it explains euthanasia term, its historical aspect, using in the world and the legislative situation in the Czech Republic.
