A Business Plan for Establishing a New Business

Abstract:

Účelem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského záměru, který se zabývá založením cukrárenské výrobny ve městě Bystřice pod Hostýnem. Teoretická část se zabývá literární rešerší pojmů souvisejících s podnikáním a také tvorbou samotného podnikatelského záměru a jeho alternativami. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická. Praktická část se věnuje situační analýze, pomocí SWOT analýzy jsou popsány vnitřní a vnější faktory ovlivňující podnik a následně za pomoci Porterova modelu pěti sil a PEST analýzy je popsáno makroprostředí podniku. Poté se práce již věnuje samotnému podnikatelskému záměru. Je zde představen a popsán podnik, následuje marketingový a finanční plán. Poslední část práce se zabývá popisem a zhodnocením možných rizik, kterým může být podnik vystaven, a také popisem implementace podnikatelského plánu. Na základě provedených výpočtů lze sestavený podnikatelský plán hodnotit jako potenciálně rentabilní. V rámci optimistické a realistické varianty vyšel ziskově již v prvním roce podnikání, což podtrhuje jeho ekonomický potenciál.

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan, which deals with the establishment of a confectionery factory in the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The theoretical part deals with the literary research of terms related to business as well as the creation of the business plan itself and its alternatives. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part. The practical part is devoted to situational analysis, with the help of SWOT analysis, the internal and external factors influencing the company are described, and then with the help of Porter's five forces model and PEST analysis, the macro environment of the company is described. After that, the work is devoted to the business plan itself. The company is introduced and described here, followed by a marketing and financial plan. The last part of the work deals with description and evaluation of the possible risks to which the company may be exposed, as well as the description of the implementation of the business plan. Based on the calculations made, the compiled business plan can be evaluated as potentially profitable. As part of the optimistic and realistic variant, it was profitable already in the first year of business, which underlines its economic potential.
