Identifikace kvality řezné hrany hliníkové slitiny vytvořené CO2 laserem

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řezání hliníkové slitiny na CO2 laseru. Konkrétně se jedná o slitinu EN AW 6060 T6 v tloušťce 8 mm. Využitou řeznou technologií je CO2 laser Trumatic L 3030, od společnosti Trumpf. V práci je popsán návrh geometrie vzorku, naprogramování řezné úlohy, export úlohy do stroje, vyvolání programu, nastavení řezných parametrů, výměna hlavy a trysky i samotná kalibrace řezné vzdálenosti. Celkem bylo vypáleno 8 sad po 4 vzorcích (A, B, C, D) s rozdílnými parametry při pálení. Každý vzorek byl podroben měření drsnosti povrchu na předem definované hraně. Měření probíhalo na kontaktním profilometru Mitutoyo Surftest SJ-201. Zkoumanými parametry drsnosti byly: průměrná aritmetická hodnota drsnosti (Ra), hloubka drsnosti (Rz) a průměrná kvadratická hodnota drsnosti (Rq). Měření probíhalo v 6 liniích s ekvidistantní vzdáleností. Vypálené a naměřené vzorky byly srovnávány s řeznou hranou výpalku značeného jako vzorek č. 0, který byl nastaven a pálen dle výchozích parametrů od výrobce. Analytické zpracování naměřených hodnot bylo provedeno v programu Microsoft Excel. Z nejlepších vzorků s nejnižší hodnotou Rz oproti sadě č. 0, které byly páleny dle určitých parametrů, byla následně sestavena technologická tabulka s teoreticky optimálními parametry nastavení laseru.

Abstract:

The presented thesis deals with the issue of cutting aluminium alloy on a CO2 laser. Specifically, it focuses on the EN AW 6060 T6 alloy with a thickness of 8 mm. The Traumatic L 3030 CO2 laser, produced by Trumpf, was used for cutting. The thesis describes the design of the sample geometry, programming of the cutting task, exporting the task to the machine, launching the program, setting cutting parameters, changing the head and nozzle, and calibrating of the cutting distance itself. In total 8 sets of 4 samples (A, B, C, D) were cut using different parameters. Each sample was subjected to surface roughness measurements at a predefined edge using a contact profilometer Mitutoyo Surftest SJ-201. The roughness parameters examined were: the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra), the depth of roughness (Rz) and root mean square roughness (Rq). The measurements were performed at 6 lines with equidistant spacing. The cut and measured samples were compared to the cut edge of the sample no. 0, which was set and cut according to to manufacturer’s default parameters. The analysis of measured values was carried out in Microsoft Excel. The best samples with the lowest Rz value as compared to set no. 0, which were cut according to certain parameters, were then used to construct a technological table with theoretically optimal laser setting parameters.
