Cílem práce bylo posoudit vliv dvanáctitýdenního ambulantně řízeného kombinovaného tréninku na transportní systém, výkon a vybrané hemodynamické parametry (SF, TK, RPP) u 59 pacientů, mužů s diagnostikovaným akutním infarktem myokardu a chronickou ischemickou chorobou srdeční. The aim of the work was to examine the influence of a continuous twelve weeks out-patient controlled combined training on a transport system, efficiency and chosen hemodynamic parameters (SK, TK, RPP) of 59 patients who were men diagnosed with an acute myocardial infarction and a chronic ischemic heart disease.
