Bakalářská práce analyzuje etiketu a společenské chování v obchodní sféře. Součástí této práce jsou poznatky nejen o etiketě, ale i o jejích částech, jako je například obchodní a podnikatelská etiketa nebo etiketa řečová. This bachelor thesis is focused on the etiquette and social behavior in the business sphere. A part of this work is not only the lessons of the etiquette, but also of its parts, such as business and management etiquette or the speech one.
