Techniques of Eucaryotic Chromosomes Separation
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o metodách separace eukaryotických chromozomů. Literární rešerše shrnuje poznatky o průtokové cytometrii a laserové mikrodisekci. V praktické části pak popisuji metody synchronizace buněčného cyklu charakterizuji účinek použitých činidel a snažím se najít nejvhodnější kombinaci činidel k akumulaci metafází u dvoudomé rostliny Silene latifolia.
Abstract:
This theses discusses methods of separation of eukaryotic chromosomes. The literature search gives a summary about flow cytometry and laser microdissection. The practical part describes methods of synchronization of cell cycle and characterizes effect of agents used in experiments.
