Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce analyzuje využití znalostního managementu v módní společnosti. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní definice managementu znalostí, explicitní, implicitní a tacitní znalosti, informace a také i modely řízení znalostí. Praktická část bakalářské práce analyzuje současnou situaci využití znalostního managementu ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě analýzy jsem navrhla konkrétní kroky, které by mohly být užitečné pro společnost v konkurenčním prostředí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis analyzes the usage of knowledge management in the fashion company. The theoretical part of thesis covers the basic definitions of knowledge management, explicit, implicit and tacit knowledge, data and information as well as knowledge management models. The practical part of bachelor thesis analyze the current situation of usage knowledge management in the chosen company. On the base of analysis I proposed particular steps which might be helpful for the organization in competitive environment.
