Teaching Methods of Nuclear Reading in the Plzeň-South (Plzeň-jih) district

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje sledování vývoje čtenářských dovedností na jedné škole regionu Plzeň-jih u žáků vyučovaných genetickou metodou. Teoretická část se stručně zabývá vývojem metod prvopočátečního čtení se zaměřením na genetickou metodu. Část práce je zaměřena na možnosti výuky prvopočátečního čtení v současných školách, kvalifikaci učitelů a možnostmi dalšího vzdělávání. V praktické části autorka shrnuje výsledky testů zaměřených na rychlost čtení a porozumění čtenému textu na prvním stupni /1. - 5. ročník/ a současně sleduje vývoj percepčních funkcí potřebných pro čtení. Praktická část se zároveň zabývá i četností výskytu metod při výuce prvopočátečního čtení v regionu Plzeň-jih, postoji učitelů k výuce prvopočátečního čtení

Abstract:

This paper deals with monitoring the development of reading skills of pupils in a school in the Plzeň-South district taught by a genetic teaching method. The theoretical part describes shortly the development of nuclear reading methods focused on the genetic teaching method. A part of this paper is focused on the possibilities of the nuclear reading teaching in present schools, teacher's qualification and possibilities of further education. In the practical part, the author sums up the results of tests focused on reading speed and reading comprehension at 1st stage of primary school /class 1-5/ and at the same time monitors the development of perception that is necessary for reading. The practical part also deals with the frequency of methods used for teaching nuclear reading in the Plzeň-South district and the attitude of teachers to teaching nuclear reading.
