Vyhodnocení řídicích a odborných kompetencí ve vybraném odvětví stavebnictví

Abstract:

Práce vyhodnocuje řídicí a odborné kompetence ve stavebnické sféře. Předmětem zkoumání jsou jednotlivé segmenty podniku o manažerů po nejnižší úrovně pracovníků. Cílem výzkumu je zhodnocení kompetencí, které potřebují ke svým pracovním výkonům a případné navržení inovativních změn, které by mohli vést k zvýšení efektivity práce všech zaměstnanců, tak aby byli splněny cíle podniku. K tomuto je využito několik metod nejprve sběr datové základy, kde byly zjištěny komplexní informace a jednotlivých měkký a tvrdých dovednostech. Pro individuální pohled respondentů z jednotlivých segmentů byl vytvořen i řízený strukturovaná rozhovor. Korelační matice vyhodnotila, jestli existuje nějaký vztah mezi jednotlivými dovednostmi a na základě chý-kvadrátu byly zamítnuty nebo potvrzeny tři hypotézy. Přínosem práce je především, že známe kompetence ve stavebnickém odvětví a podnik si tedy může přehodnotit preference u těchto dovedností a zajistit, tak jejich následný rozvoj.

Abstract:

The work evaluates managerial and professional competencies in the construction sphere. The subject of research is individual segments of the company about managers at the lowest level of employees. The aim of the research is to evaluate the competencies they need for their work performance and to propose innovative changes that could lead to increased work efficiency of all employees so that the company's goals are met. To do this, several methods are used first to collect the bases, where complex information and individual soft and hard skills were found. A controlled structured interview was also created for the individual view of respondents from individual segments. The correlation matrix evaluated whether there was any relationship between the individual skills and three hypotheses were rejected or confirmed on the basis of the square. The main benefit of this work is that we know the competencies in the construction industry and the company can therefore re-evaluate the preferences for these skills and ensure their subsequent development.
