Ethical Code of an Organisation Providing Social Rehabilitation for the Visually Impaired

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku etického kodexu při poskytování sociální rehabilitace osobám se zrakovým postižením. Seznamuje s problematikou etiky, morálky, etického kodexu, je zaměřená také na problematiku zrakového postižení a specifika poskytování sociální rehabilitace osobám se zrakovým postižením. Cílem práce je vytvořit etický kodex pro organizaci poskytující sociální rehabilitaci osobám se zrakovým postižením. Empirická část vychází jednak z teoretických poznatků o etických aspektech, etických kodexech v sociálních službách, ale také z kvalitativního průzkumu realizovaného pomocí dotazníkového šetření v organizaci poskytující službu sociální rehabilitace osobám se zrakovým postižením. Výstupy dotazníkového šetření jsou analyzovány. Zpracovaný etický kodex odkazuje na hodnoty a aspekty etické zodpovědnosti, které pracovníci organizace vnímají jako zásadní. Odpovídá také na způsob řešení etických dilemat, problémů a dalších etických hledisek, se kterými se pracovníci setkávají. Analýza dat ukazuje, že vytvořený etický kodex je vhodný pro použití v praxi organizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the subject of the ethical code in providing social rehabilitation for the visually impaired. It introduces the subject of ethics, morality, ethical code, is also focused on the subject of visual impairment and the specifics of providing social rehabilitation for people with visual impairments. The aim of the work is to create an ethical code for organisation providing social rehabilitation for the visually impaired. The empirical part is based on theoretical knowledge about ethical aspects and ethical codes in social services, but also on a qualitative survey conducted through questionnaire survey in an organization providing social rehabilitation for the visually impaired. The results of the questionnaire survey are analyzed. Created ethical code refers to the values and aspects of ethical responsibility that the employees of the organization perceive as fundamental. It also responds to the possibility of solving the ethical dilemmas, problems and other ethical aspects that employees encounter. Data analysis shows that created ethical code is suitable for the organisation.
