Abstract:

Obsah diplomové práce Problematika vzdělávání dětí cizinců a jejich adaptace v prostředí vybraných MŠ v Ústeckém kraji je reakcí na současnou situaci, kdy se stále častěji děti cizinců vzdělávají v běžných třídách MŠ, přičemž dochází ke kolizím mezi rodičem - dítětem - pedagogem. Vzhledem k nepochopení odlišné kultury a k jazykové bariéře je při počtech dětí ve třídě opravdu obtížné děti kvalitně vzdělávat. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány pojmy vztahující se k problematice vzdělávání a začleňování dětí cizinců, a to na základě prostudování metodik pro práci s dětmi s odlišným mateřským jazykem a odborné literatury. Obsah praktické části tvoří výsledky vlastního šetření, jehož cílem bylo specifikovat problematiku multikulturní výchovy ve vybraných MŠ (MŠ Sluníčko Libochovice, MŠ Sluníčko Krupka, MŠ Těchlovice, MŠ Sluníčko Ústí nad Labem, MŠ Marie Pujmanové Most, MŠ Cítoliby) v Ústeckém kraji. Součástí práce jsou konkrétní doporučení pro praxi, přičemž dosažené výsledky šetření a stanovená doporučení budou využitelná v praxi sociální pedagogiky, a i dalších disciplín, tzv. pomáhajících profesí.

Abstract:

The content of the diploma thesis The issue of education of foreigners 'children and their adaptation in the environment of selected kindergartens in the Ústí nad Labem Region is a reaction to the current situation, when foreigners' children are increasingly educated in common classes of kindergartens. Due to the lack of understanding of the different culture and the language barrier, it is really difficult to educate children well in the number of children in the classroom. The theoretical part deals with the concepts related to the issue of education and inclusion of foreigners' children, based on the study of methodologies for working with children with a different mother tongue and professional literature. The content of the practical part consists of the results of the own research, which aimed to specify the issue of multicultural education in selected kindergartens (kindergarten Sluníčko Libochovice, kindergarten Sluníčko Krupka, kindergarten Těchlovice, kindergarten Sluníčko Ústí nad Labem, kindergarten Marie Pujmanová Most, kindergarten Cítoliby). Part of the work are specific recommendations for practice, while the results of the survey and the recommendations will be applicable in the practice of social pedagogy and other disciplines, the so-called helping professions.
