Abstract:
The present bachelor work deals with the business name, which is characterized by some features. Mainly these features are principles of the business name and the way of creating the business name and protection of business name.
Abstract:
Predkladaná bakalárska práca sa zaoberá obchodným menom, ktoré charakterizujú určité znaky. Hlavne zásady a spôsob tvorby obchodného mena ako aj jeho právna ochrana.
