Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovou kontrolou. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit stav daňových kontrol prováděných finanční správou ČR v letech 2013 až 2018. V práci je představen daňový řád a jsou uvedeny základní informace o daňové kontrole, včetně zásad, které je potřeba při daňové kontrole dodržovat. Práce se dále zabývá představením účastníků daňové kontroly, seznámením s jejich právy a povinnostmi při daňové kontrole. Dále jsou v práci popsány jednotlivé fáze daňové kontroly, následky daňové kontroly a způsoby, jakými se lze bránit po ukončení daňové kontroly. Problematika je zpracována na základě prostudovaných informací z dostupných zdrojů. V praktické části jsou uvedena kritéria výběru daňových subjektů pro kontrolu, dále je analyzován vývoj daňových kontrol v průběhu let 2013 až 2018 a je vyhodnocena efektivita daňových kontrol. V poslední kapitole je vypracována analýza daňových kontrol v jednotlivých krajích. V závěru práce dochází ke shrnutí zjištěných poznatků a jsou stanoveny závěry práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with tax control. The main objective of the work is to assess the state of tax audits performed by the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic in the years 2013 to 2018. The thesis introduces the tax code and provides basic information about tax audit, including the principles that must be followed during tax audit. The work also deals with the introduction of the participants of the tax audit, familiarization with their rights and obligations in the tax audit. Furthermore, the work deals with the individual stages of tax control, the consequences of tax control and the ways to defend yourself after the tax control. The issue is processed on the basis of information studied from available sources. The practical part describes the criteria for the selection of tax subjects for the control, than there is analyzed the development of tax controls during the years 2013 to 2018 along with the effectiveness of tax controls. In the last chapter, an analysis of tax controls in individual regions is worked out. At the end of the work, there is a summary of the findings and the conclusions of the work are set.
