Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá geografickou distribucí specifických prvků lidové architektury ve vymezené oblasti. Při stanovení přesných hranic zkoumané oblasti bylo uplatněno hledisko okresů. Okresy Plzeň-sever, Plzeň-jih, Rokycany, Beroun a Příbram tvoří z etnografického hlediska relativně koherentní kulturní areál. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část teoretickou, jež se zaměřuje na samotný vývoj lidové architektury a konkrétní deskripci jejich typických prvků, které lze považovat za charakteristické pro výše zmíněné okresy. Tyto prvky byly vybrány na základě studia relevantní literatury. Jedná se o následující prvky: hrázdění, kabřinec, klasicistní brány, klasicistní štíty, lomenice, pavlače, roubení, valby a polovalby. V další části byla empirickým výzkumem v terénu případná přítomnost těchto tradičních architektonických prvků ověřena. Dále je popsán samotný terénní výzkum a výsledky, které byly zjištěny. Součástí práce jsou etnokartografické mapy, které znázorňují současné rozložení zkoumaných architektonických prvků. Jejich grafické znázornění nám umožní vizuální pohled na soudobé rozložení prvků lidové architektury v předem definovaném územním prostoru.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with a geographical distribution of vernacular architecture specific elements in a defined area. In determining the precise boundaries of surveyed area the aspect of districts has been applied. From the point of view of the ethnography, Plzeň-sever, Plzeň-jih, Rokycany, Beroun and Příbram districts form a relatively coherent cultural area. The dissertation is divided into two parts. First is a theoretical part, which is aimed on a development of the vernacular architecture itself and on a concrete description its typical features, that could be considered as characteristic for above mentioned districts. These features were chosen on the basis of a relevant literature research. It concerns following features: Half-timbering, "kabřinec", classicist gates, classicist gables, coping, courtyard galleries, timbering, hip, half-hip. In the next part the possible presence of these traditional architectonical elements has been verified by an empirical survey. Further, there is a field research itself described and results, which were ascertained. Part of the thesis represents ethno cartographical maps that show current distribution of surveyed architectonical elements. Its graphic illustration enables us a visual sight on contemporary distribution vernacular architecture features in predefined territorial area.
