Abstract:

V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou obsaženy současné poznatky v oblasti základních pojmů jako management, manažer, behaviorální přístup v managementu, vývoj behaviorálních přístupů managementu. Tato část je rozdělena na základní části, jako je řízení, manažer, behaviorismus. Pokračuje vývojem managementu, kde jsou zmíněny první důkazy behaviorálního přístupu manažerů a následně jsou uvedeny styly managementu řízení. Empirická část zkoumá chování manažerů dané firmy. Výzkum je prováděn metodou semi-strukturovaného rozhovoru a následně jsou data vyhodnocena, což umožňuje stanovení závěru a dosažení cíle práce.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis are provided current information in the field of basic concepts, such as management, manager, behavioral approach in management, the development of behavioral approaches to management. This part is divided into basic concepts to this topic such as management, manager, behaviorism. It continues by management development with the first evidence of the behavioral approach of managers and thereafter management styles are mentioned. The empirical part examines the behavior of managers of expected companies. The research is carried out by the method of a semi-structured interview and subsequently the data are evaluated, which allows drawing a conclusion and achieving the goal of work.
