Deliquencys in administrative law

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is the positive and negative to define administrative offenses in the practice of public administration, and the total paid to individual types of administrative offences. In this work, I will devote the irregular, which inspires its merits of administrative offence tort and characters. Disassemble will correctly offenses generally. In a nutshell, the history of development of the administrative tort related, further I will try to clarify the concept of administrative misconduct, analyze its conceptual characters and diversify it into groups according to the legal sector and according to their importance in the public administration. Next, I will focus more on public administration, and specifically I will compare and describe the various types of offences.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je pozitívne a negatívne vymedziť správne delikty v praxi verejnej správy, a celkovo sa venovať jednotlivým druhom správnych deliktov. V tejto práci sa budem venovať protiprávnemu konaniu, ktoré svojou skutkovou podstatou napĺňa znaky správneho deliktu a priestupku. Rozoberať budem správne delikty všeobecne. V skratke sa prejdeme históriou vývinu správnych deliktov, ďalej sa budem sa snažiť objasniť pojem správneho deliktu, rozoberiem jeho pojmové znaky a rozdelím ho do skupín podľa právnych odvetví a podľa ich významu vo verejnej správe. Ďalej sa zameriam viacej na verejnú správu, a osobitne budem porovnávať a opisovať jednotlivé druhy deliktov.
