Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnost simulace teplotních podmínek během přepravy nebo provozu elektrických zařízení v extrémních podmínkách. Diplomová práce poskytuje přehledy základních způsobů měření teploty a její regulace, které byly aplikovány do vlastního zařízení. Cílem práce je regulace teploty v tepelném boxu na požadovanou teplotu, měření této teploty a získávání dalších doplňujících dat. Následné odesílání všech naměřených dat za pomoci Wi-Fi modulu poskytuje obsluze zařízení snadný přístup k datům z kteréhokoliv místa s připojením k internetu. Závěr práce se zabývá otestováním všech jednotlivých komponentů a provedení zkušební simulace s jejím vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the possibility of simulating thermal conditions during transport or operation of the electrical devices in extreme conditions. The diploma thesis provides an overview of basic means of temperature measurement and its control which were applied into the device itself. The aim of the thesis is to control the temperature in the thermal box to the required temperature, to measure this temperature and to gain further additional data. Subsequent sending of all measured data per the Wi-Fi module provides the operator an easy access to data from any location with the Internet connection. The conclusion of the thesis deals with testing of all the individual components and performing of a trial simulation with its evaluation.
