Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o tématu vlivu mobbingu na člověka. V teoretické části se zabývám základními formami šikany na pracovišti a její problematikou z trochu jiného úhlu pohledu. V praktické části se snažím více přiblížit problematiku mobbingu z pohledu moderní doby, a především z pohledu vnímání zaměstnanci. Mým cílem je objasnit, jak na problematiku mobbingu zaměstnanci nahlížejí a jak jsou spokojeni se svým zaměstnáním. Práce odhaluje, že vztahy mezi zaměstnanci jsou jedním z nejdůležitějších faktorů, které utvářejí dobrou atmosféru na pracovišti.

Abstract:

This work deals with the topic Mobbing and its Impact on Individual. In the theoretical part I deal with basic forms of bullying in the workplace and its issues from a slightly different point of view. In the practical part I try to get closer to the issue of mobbing from the point of view of modern age and especially from the employee perception. My goal is to clarify how employees look at the mobbing issue and how they are satisfied with their employment. Work reveals that employee relationships are one of the most important factors that create a good atmosphere in the workplace.
