Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na syntézu a biologické testování fluorescenčně značených derivátů kyseliny indol-3-octové. V teoretické části byla zpracována literární rešerše zabývající se charakeristikou auxinů a fluorescenčně značených rostlinných hormonů.V experimentální části byly nasyntetizovány fluorescenčně značené deriváty indol-3-octové kyseliny. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis and biological testing of fluorescently labelled indole-3-acetic acid derivatives. The theoretical part summarizes the current knowledge about auxins and other fluorescently labelled plant hormones.
