The evaluation of the pension schemes of the Czech Republic and Norway in the years 2015-2020 and their financial sustainability until 2025

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou penzijních systémů. Konkrétně je zde kladen důraz na důchodové systémy České republiky a Norska. Mimo zhodnocení systémů je v rámci bakalářské práce provedena krátkodobá predikce finanční udržitelnosti pro období 2021 – 2025. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezena sociální politika jako taková a následně představena problematika penzijních systémů. Praktická část práce se nejdříve zaměřuje na nastavení penzijních systémů v České republice a Norsku. Následně jsou vzájemně komparovány charakteristiky důchodových systémů a na základě informací, které vyšly z komparace a předešlých kapitol je následně sestavena SWOT analýza pro obě země. Poslední kapitola praktické části přináší predikci finanční udržitelnosti pro období 2021 – 2025, která nám ukáže možnost pokračování a prohlubování negativního salda hospodaření penzijního systému České republiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis covers the issue of pension scheme. Specifically, emphasis is placed on the pension schemes of the Czech Republic and Norway. Except of the evaluation of schemes, a short-term prediction of financial sustainability for the period 2021 - 2025 is made in the bachelor's thesis. The theoretical part firstly deals with general theory of social policy and then introduces the issue of pension schemes. The practical part of the thesis firstly focuses on set up of the pension scheme in the Czech Republic and Norway. Subsequently, the characteristics of pension schemes are compared with each other based on information that came out of the comparison and the previous chapters, the SWOT analysis for both countries is compiled. The last chapter of the practical part provides a prediction of financial sustainability for the period 2021 - 2025, which will show the possibility of continuing and deepening the negative balance of Czech pension system.
