Anotácia:

Práce se zabývá systémem zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti Baumann Springs s. r. o. Teoretická část je úvodem do této problematiky. Popisuje cíle a metodiku, kategorizuje benefity dle jejich daňové výhodnosti a ve finále specifikuje vybrané benefity. Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení benefitů poskytovaných vybranou společností, zjištění nedostatků a návrh vhodného optima směrem k zaměstnancům a zároveň ve vazbě na oblast financí a daní této společnosti. Ukazatel ekonomického zatížení zaměstnavatele, jakož i začlenění poskytovaných benefitů do jednotlivých kategorií jsou klíčovými faktory pro naplnění cíle. Dotazníkové šetření orientované na spokojenost a preference zaměstnanců je rovněž nezbytným východiskem. K dosažení cíle jsou použity odborné publikace, vybraná legislativa ČR a interní data společnosti — zejména finanční rozpočet pro hospodářský rok 2023. Dovolená nad rámec zákona představuje výzkumný problém ovlivňující výsledky zhodnocení. Závěr je souhrnem použitých metod, výsledků studie a doporučení v oblasti benefitů směrem do budoucna.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the employee benefits system at Baumann Springs s. r. o. The theoretical part is an introduction to this issue. It describes the objectives and methodology, categorizes the benefits according to their tax advantage and finally specifies the selected benefits in more detail. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the benefits provided by the selected company, the identification of shortcomings and the proposal of an appropriate optimum towards the employees and also in relation to the finance and tax area of this company. The indicator of the economic burden on the employer as well as the integration of the benefits provided into the different categories are key factors in achieving the objective. A questionnaire survey focusing on employee satisfaction and preferences is also an essential starting point. To achieve the objective, professional publications, selected Czech legislation and internal company data – especially the financial budget for the financial year 2023 – are used. Leave beyond the law is a research problem that affects the results of the evaluation. The conclusion is a summary of the methods used, the results of the research and recommendations for employee benefits in the future.
