Abstract:
Práce se zabývá panašováním ve volbách do obecních zastupitelstev 2010 v okrese Chrudim. Popisuje možnost panašování ve volbách do obecních zastupitelstev a charakterizuje okres Chrudim. Odpovídá na otázky: jak byly sestaveny kandidátní listiny, kteří kandidáti překonali 10 % hranici nutnou pro posun na kandidátní listině a kteří z nich byli zvoleni do obecních zastupitelstev.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the preferential voting in municipal election 2010 in the Chrudim district. It describes possibility of the preferential voting in municipal election and it charakterizes the Chrudim district. The thesis answers the questions: how were slates set together, which of candidates surpassed the 10 % bound necessery to move up on slates and which of them were elected to municipal councils …more
