Abstract:
Cieľom tejto práce je preskúmať a porovnať existujúce metódy pre zber, ukladanie a analýzu spätnej väzby v korporátnom prostredí, návrh firemných procesov pre analýzu spätnej väzby, vyhodnotenie týchto procesov a porovnanie a popísanie nástrojov pre zber spätnej väzby v YSoft SafeQ Mobile Terminal.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to examine and compare existing methods to gather, store and analyze feedback in enterprise environment, propose company processes for feedback analysis, evaluate those processes and, compare and describe tools for analytics collection in YSoft SafeQ Mobile Terminal.
