Cílem bakalářské práce je nastínit problematiku opravných položek k pohledávkám a zhodnotit jejich použití v praxi mezi nejvýznamnějšími českými společnostmi. Práce se nejprve věnuje tématu pohledávek, jejich vzniku, účtování a jejich zajištění jako nástroje řízení pohledávek. V dalších kapitolách jsou rozebrány opravné položky jako takové. The bachelor thesis aims to outline the issue of allowances for receivables and evaluate their use in practice among the most important Czech companies.
