Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma ,,Mezinárodní spolupráce v oblasti bezpečnosti‘‘ se zabývá největším fenoménem vývoje trestné činnosti. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy, popisuje jednotlivé instituce na mezinárodní úrovni, definuje vybrané právní normy a trestné činy. V praktické části se věnuje současnému bezpečnostnímu stavu České republiky a Německé spolkové republiky. Pomocí SWOT analýzy následně vyhodnocuje a porovnává stav kybernetické bezpečnosti v České republice a Německé spolkové republice.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis on the topic ,,International cooperation in the field of security" deals with the biggest phenomenon of crime development. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts. It describes individual institutions at the international level, defines selected legal norms and criminal offenses. The practical part deals with the current security situation in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The SWOT analysis method then evaluates the state of cyber security in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany and makes a comparison between these countries.
