Prostředí nemocničního oddělení vyniká svou specifičností. V těchto zařízeních je personál vystavován nespočtu stresových situacích. K jedné z nejzávažnějších patří proces umírání. The environment of the hospital department is distinguished by its specificity. In these fa-cilities, staff are exposed to a number of stressful situations.
