Tato bakalářská práce si za svůj cíl vytýčila seznámení se s problematikou institutu krajní nouze, jako jednoho z institutů okolností vylučující protiprávnost , charakteristiku podmínek jejího vzniku, mezí a následků překročení těchto mezí (tzv. exces), a tyto meze jednu podruhé popsat a rozebrat. The main theme of my bachelor work is to acquaint with problematics of institute of extreme distress, like one of institutes of situation expecting illegality, characterization of conditions of its begining, its limits and consequencis of exceeding those limits.
