The paintings in the deanery hall of former Augustinian monastery in Šternberk
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá malířskou výzdobou děkanského sálu bývalého augustiniánského kláštera ve Šternberku. Autorem této výmalby je Jan Kryštof Handke. Cílem práce bylo zachytit historii vzniku nástěnné malby, stručně popsat Handkeho život a jeho tvorbu pro zdejší klášter. Přičemž těžištěm práce měl být ikonografický rozbor těchto maleb.
Abstract:
The goal of this work is the paintings in the deanery hall of former Augustinian monastery in Šternberk. The author of this painting decorations is Jan Kryštof Handke. The work looks at the following issue: the history of the decorations in the daenery hall, painters life and his actvivity at the monastery in Sternberk.
