Feasibility study of a particular entrepreneurial intention including used decision making criteria

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování studie proveditelnosti konkrétního podnikatelského záměru, a to rozšíření podnikatelské činnosti úklidové firmy o obslužné a samoobslužné prádelny. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy vztahující se k projektu a investičnímu rozhodování. Následuje popis teoretických východisek a metod, které jsou potřebné pro provedení veškerých analýz a návrhů řešení. Ve výsledkové části práce je na základě teoretických modelů zpracovaná studie proveditelnosti daného projektu. Velký důraz je kladen na provedení marketingové analýzy, která hodnotí trh, konkurenci a potenciální zákazníky. Podrobně je zpracovaná SWOT analýza a dále marketingový mix. Klíčovou částí je potom finanční plán a následná analýza efektivnosti navrhovaného řešení projektu. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky studie proveditelnosti, naplnění vytyčeného cíle, platnost stanovené hypotézy a přínos práce.

Abstract:

Target of this thesis is an elaboration of a feasibility study to a particular business plan, exactly an expansion of business activity of cleaning company about service and self-service laundry. The first part of the thesis there defines the basic concepts, which are related to projects and making investment decisions. The following is a description of the theoretical basis and methods that are needed to perform all analyzes and proposed solutions. The result part of the thesis contains a processed study about the feasibility of the given project, which is based on theoretical models. Significant emphasis is put on marketing analysis, which assesses the market, competitors and potential customers. SWOT analysis and marketing mix are worked out in detail. The most important part is the business plan and subsequent analysis about efficiency of proposed solution of the project. In the end of the thesis are evaluated results of the feasibility study, fulfilling marked target, the validity of the fixed hypothesis and the benefits of thesis.
