Usability of alarm, security and emergency systems depending on the type of object

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou využití poplachových zabezpečovacích a tísňových systémů. Obsahem teoretické části bakalářské práce je problematika PZTS, charakteristika tohoto systému, jeho využití, jednotlivé prvky a principy jeho fungování. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na určování úrovní zabezpečení PZTS v závislosti na typu objektu, dle platných českých technických norem a na postup při zřizování systému PZTS. Úvod praktické části je věnován zjištění jednotlivých prvků zabezpečení a jeho aktuálního stavu ve vybraném objektu. Tato část byla vyhodnocena z provedeného rozhovoru s bezpečnostním manažerem objektu. Dále je v praktické části použita výzkumná metoda dotazníkového šetření, která byla zaměřena na úzký kruh respondentů z vybraného objektu, kteří s poplachovým zabezpečovacím a tísňovým systémem pracují a rozumí mu. V další podkapitole praktické části je provedena a vyhodnocena SWOT analýza, která vyhodnocuje informace získané z rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření. V závěru praktické části je vyhodnocen cíl práce a jsou zde představeny návrhy nových opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení současné situace a posílení efektivity používaného poplachového zabezpečovacího a tísňového systému.

Abstract:

The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the use of alarm security and emergency systems. The content of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is the issue of alarm security and emergency system, characteristics of this system, its utilization, individual elements and principles of its operation. Furthermore, the theoretical part is focused on determining the alarm security and emergency system security levels depending on the type of object, according to valid Czech technical standards and on the procedure for setting up the alarm security and emergency system. The introduction of the practical part is dedicated to the identification of individual security elements and their current status in the selected object. This part was evaluated from an interview with the facility's security manager. Furthermore, in the practical part, the research method of a questionnaire survey is used, which was focused on a narrow circle of respondents from the selected object who work with and understand the alarm security and emergency system. In the next subsection of the practical part, a SWOT analysis is performed and evaluated, which evaluates the information obtained from the interview and questionnaire survey. At the end of the practical part, the goal of the work is evaluated and proposals for new measures are presented here, which could contribute to improving the current situation and strengthening the effectiveness of the used alarm security and emergency system.
