Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Strategické rozhodovanie v pobočke nadnárodnej spoločnosti" je popísanie samotného rozhodovania, rozhodovacie metódy, rozbor jednotlivých fáz rozhodovacieho procesu a vysvetlenie vzťahu medzi materskou spoločnosťou a jej pobočkou.
