Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat materiálové parametry lineární nízkohustotní polyethylenové (LLDPE) fólie. Nejprve byly provedeny tahové a pádové zkoušky a na základě jejich vyhodnocení byl vybrán vhodný materiálový model, konkrétně model izotropně elasticko-plastický. Následně byly vytvořeny modely těchto dvou zkoušek, pomocí kterých byly provedeny konečnoprvkové simulace v programu Abaqus. Poté byly počáteční parametry zoptimalizovány na modelu tahové zkoušky. Dále byly tyto již optimalizované parametry zpřesněny optimalizací zkoušky pádové. Obě dvě tyto optimalizace proběhly v programu ISight za pomoci minimalizace cílové funkce, která představuje numerický součet kvadrátů rozdílů funkčních hodnot simulace a experimentu. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce jsou hodnoty pro materiálové parametry LLDPE fólie, které mohou být dále využity při simulacích nového bezpečnostního systému Nanobag.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the material parameters of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) film. First, tensile and drop tests were performed and based on their evaluation, a suitable material model was selected, namely the isotropically elastic-plastic model. Subsequently, models of these two tests were created, with help of these tests were performed finite elements method (FEM) while using Abaqus program. The parameters of both models were gradually optimized by the ISight program by minimizing the target function, which represents the numerical sum of the squares of difference of~the~unctional values of the simulation and the experiment. Then, the initial parameters were optimized on the tensile test model. Furthermore, these already optimized parameters were refined by optimizing the drop test. The results of this bachelor's thesis are material parameters of the LLDPE film. These parameters can be further used in simulations of the new Nanobag security system.
