Cílem diplomové práce je komparovat české a francouzské právní prostředí v problematice odpovědnosti státu za klimatické změny. Autor se ve své práci zaměří jednak na společná i odlišná východiska, která pro dotčené státy vyplývají z jejich mezinárodněprávních i vnitrostátních závazků, a poté na konkrétní procesní prostředky, za pomoci kterých lze po daných státech tuto odpovědnost vymáhat. The objective of this thesis is to compare the Czech and French legal environments on the issue of state responsibility for climate change. The author will focus on the similarities and differences between the states concerned in terms of international and national commitments, and then on the specific procedural means by which this responsibility can be enforced.
