Tématem této bakalářské práce je studium kinetiky uvolňování účinné látky verapamil hydrochloridu z hydrofilních matricových tablet. V teoretické části je diskutována problematika řízeného uvolňování léčiv, procesu disoluce a vhodných farmakokinetických modelů. The topic of this bachelor thesis is the research of kinetics of release verapamil hydrochloride from hydrophilic matrix tablets. In the theoretical part of the thesis, controlled realese of different types of solid drug forms, dissolution tests and appropriate kinetic models are discussed.
