Obsahem mé práce je nástin metod oceňování staveb a stanovení jejich ceny obvyklé s ohledem na konstrukční systém. V první části jsem popsal jednotlivé metody oceňování majetku a jejich specifika. The aim of my work is to outline the methods of building evaluation and determination of their standard value with regard to the structural system .
