Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem protein-proteinových interakcí proteinu rusticyaninu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na acidofilní bakterie, konkrétně Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, její aerobní metabolismus železa a charakterizaci rusticyaninu. Abstract:
This master thesis deals with study of protein-protein interaction network of protein rusticyanin. Theoretical part is focused on description of acidophilic bacteria, specifically Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, its aerobic iron metabolism and characterization of rusticyanin.
