Analysis of malware classification schemas
Abstract:
Student provede analýzu a srovnání vlastností formátů na popis malwaru a jeho chování (Yara, OpenIOC, MAEC/Mitre). V teoretické části budou zdokumentovány jednotlivé formáty, sepsány rozdíly mezi nimi a porovnány silné a slabé stránky. V praktické části práce student navrhne převodní nástroj mezi těmito formáty ve formě webové služby a implementuje některé základní funkce tohoto nástroje. Součástí …more

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare properties and behavior of various malware classification schemas (YARA, OpenIOC, MAEC/Mitre). In the theoretical chapter, each schema will be described and there will be a comparison between these schemas, and also strengths and weaknesses of each schema.
