Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu na založení minipivovaru. V práci porovnávám dvě zvažované varianty. První variantou je pořízení dříve funkčního pivovaru, nemovitosti, v Plzeňském kraji. Druhou variantou je zřízení minipivovaru v již existujících prostorách v Praze. Práce představuje trh s minipivovary v ČR, zkoumá velikost tohoto trhu a zkoumá také povědomí a názor veřejnosti …more
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for foundation a mini-brewery. I compare two considered options in this thesis. The first option is the purchase of a former brewery, real estate, in the Pilsen region. The second option is the establishment of a mini-brewery in the existing building in Prague.
