Tato práce je věnována problematice disolučních testů, které se používají jako lékopisné metody ve farmaceutickém průmyslu, pro zjištění rychlosti uvolňování účinné látky z pevných lékových forem za podmínek in vitro. Experimentální část se zabývá disolucí tabletové lékové formy, která jako účinnou látku obsahuje azitromycin.
