This thesis deals with the legal regulation of industial hemp in the Czech Republic and in selected states of the United States of America, specifically Colorado, California and Florida.The development of Czech legislation and its impact on the cultivation of hemp, especially the limits of THC content in the plant, is discussed in the chapters in detail.
