Druhy používaných zinkových slitin, jejich aplikace a vhodnost užití

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou slitin zinku. Jelikož je tato práce vyhotovena ve spolupráci s firmou Hettich, bude tématika zaměřena především na slitiny zinku a oblasti výrobků, které se v této firmě vyskytují. V první, teoreticko-metodologické části práce jsou za pomoci uvedených zdrojů popsány důležité faktory celé problematiky. Jedná se především o druhy používaných zinkových slitin vhodné pro tlakové lití zinku, technologie tlakového lití, oblasti výrobků, chemické složení jednotlivých slitin, a také možnosti jejich dalších úprav, popřípadě základní popis a charakteristika zinku. Druhá, aplikační část využívá poznatků z části teoreticko – metodologické a tyto poznatky aplikuje během řešení výzkumného problému. Hlavním cílem této části je srovnání dvou typů odlitků ze dvou jakostí materiálu. Z vybraných vzorků odlitků byla vyříznuta zkušební tělesa pro mechanické zkoušky, dále bylo hodnoceno chemické složení vzorků taveniny odebrané z licích strojů. Součástí také budou příklady možných vad, které běžně při procesu vznikají. V této části se také seznámíme se společností Hettich, a to například s výrobou, popřípadě stroji a zařízeními, které byly potřeba k dokončení celého procesu zkoušení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of zinc alloys. As this work is carried out in cooperation with the Hettich company, the topic will be focused mainly on zinc alloys and the areas of products that are found in this company. The first, theoretical-methodological part of this work deals with the important factors of the whole issue with the help of literary sources. These are mainly the types of zinc alloys used, suitable for zinc die-casting, die-casting technology, product areas, chemical composition of individual alloys, as well as the possibilities of their further modifications, or the basic description and characteristics of zinc. The second application part uses knowledge from the theoretical – methodological part and applies this knowledge during the solution of the research problem. The main goal of this part is the comparison of two types of castings from two qualities of material. Test bodies for mechanical tests were cut out from selected casting samples and the chemical composition of melt samples taken from the casting machines was measured. Examples of possible defects that commonly occur will also be included. In this section, we will also get to know the Hettich company, for example the production, possibly the machines and equipment that were needed to complete the entire testing process.
