Slow food and its prospects in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda je možné v českých podmínkách Slow Food aktivněji praktikovat a rozvíjet a zda je v České republice jeho perspektiva. Práce byla orientována na restaurační zařízení, jelikož lépe umožní ozřejmit stav Slow Foodu v České republice.Nejprve bylo nutné Slow Food přiblížit, vysvětlit jeho význam a jakým způsobem se chová v restauračním prostředí, v němž jsou zahrnuty 3. subjekty: farmář, restaurace a host. Výsledky ,které byly získány metodou dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů byly takové, že v České republice jsou podmínky na to, aby se zde Slow Food mohl aktivněji praktikovat a rozvíjet. Nepředpokládá se však, že by Slow Food v České republice mohl být v blízké době perspektivní,i když podmínky má na to vytvořené.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate whether it is possible in Czech conditions Slow Food practice and whether the Czech Republic 's perspective . The work was focused on restaurants as better to clarify the status of Slow Food in the Czech Republic. First, it was necessary to Slow Food approach , explain its importance and how it behaves in a restaurant environment in which they are included in the third subjekts : farmers , restaurant and guest. The results, which were obtained by questionnaire and structured interviews were such that in the Czech Republic are the conditions for it to be here Slow Food to practice. But is not that Slow Food in the Czech Republic could be in the near future perspective , even if the conditions for it has created
