Jméno Františka Jílka rezonuje v úzkých odborných kruzích do dnešní doby, a to je tomu již dvacet tři let od jeho smrti. Já sám ho mám, už od útlého dětství, spojeno s Janáčkovou hudbou a interpretační precizností jemu vlastní, na kterou vzpomínají všichni hudebníci, kteří s ním po léta spolupracovali.
