Tariff system of the company České dráhy, a.s. in passanger transport

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na tarifní systém společnosti České dráhy, a.s. v osobní dopravě. Teoretická část práce se obecně zabývá tarifem a cenou. V další části jsou analyzovány druhy jízdného a poskytovaných slev a shrnuty výsledky statistiky prodeje jízdních dokladů a dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce je předložen návrh možné úpravy tarifního systému společnosti a jeho posouzení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focuses on tariff system of company České dráhy, a.s. in passanger transport. Theoretical part is generally dealing with the tariff and the price. In the next part, there are analysed types of fare and provided discounts and there are summarized results of the statistics of tickets sale and of the questionnaire survey. Eventually, there is presented the proposal of the potential tariff system adjustment and its appraisal.
