The subject matter of this work is concerned with the study of an oligonucleotide and its interaction with a protein using NMR spectroscopy. Táto práca sa zoberá štúdiom oligonukleotidu a jeho interakcie s proteinom pomocou NMR spektroskopie. Rozoberá sa v nej priradenie chemických posunov vodíkových atómov oligonukleotidu a pozorovanie zmien týchto chemických posunov a zmien intenzít v nameraných spektrách vyvolaných interakciou s proteinom.
