Název: PŘEVOD PODNIKU FYZICKÉ OSOBY NA PRÁVNICKOU OSOBU Ve své práci popisuji jednotlivé právní formy podnikání, jejich výhody a nevýhody, a porovnávám je z různých hledisek – z daňového, účetního a právního. Současně aplikuji výsledky na firmu, v níž pracuji, a kde je toto téma právě aktuální.

Title: TRANSFER OF NATURAL PERSON ENTERPRISE TO LEGAL PERSON ENTERPRISE In my work I’m describing the various legal forms of business, their advantages and disadvantages, and compare them from different perspectives - from the tax, accounting and legal. Simultaneously I’m applying the results of the firm in which I work, and where the topic was timely.
