Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vymezení kupní smlouvy uzavírané v režimu Obchodního zákoníku se zaměřením na ochranu kupujícího. Nejprve jsou vymezeny obchodněprávní vztahy a samotná kupní smlouva. Následuje teoretické pojednání o vzniku smlouvy a plnění smluvního závazku. Bachelor thesis is focused on definition of commercial adjustment of purchase contract and protection of byuer. First there is definition of commercial relations and purchase contract, followed by theoretical analyze of contract formation and fullfilment of contractual obligations.
