Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je vstup do profese a plánování kariéry začínajících andragogů působících v oblasti lidských zdrojů a personalistiky. Cílem této práce je zjistit a pospat, jak probíhá vstup do profese a kariérové plánování začínajících andragogů působících v oblasti lidských zdrojů a personalistiky. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části je nejprve popsána profese andragoga. Pozornost je zaměřena zejména na oblast lidských zdrojů a personalistiky. Dále se teoretická část věnuje popisu kariéry a jejich pojetí. Popsány jsou také fáze kariéry a kariérové plánování. Empirická část práce se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumnému šetření. Nejprve je popsána metodologie výzkumného šetření a následují výsledky výzkumného šetření, které byly získány na základě analýzy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is the entry into the profession and career planning of starting adult learners working in human resources management. The aim of this thesis is to discover and describe how the entry to the profession and career planning of starting adult learners working in human resources management is going on. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the empirical part. Firstly, in the theoretical part, the profession of adult learner is described. The attention is focused on the field of human resources management. The theoretical part of the thesis also deals with the description of career and their conceptions. Stages of career and career planning are described too. The empirical part is focused on the qualitative research. Firstly, there is the methodology of the research described followed by results of the research, which were obtained on the basis of the analysis of semi-structured interviews.
