Abstract:

Práce se zabývá návrhem ucelené produktové řady senzorových výtokových armatur. Ty však necílí primárně na komerční sektor a veřejná sanitární zařízení, jako spíš na domácnosti nebo ubytovací zařízení. Důraz je kladen na inovativnost řešení, ale také na intuitivnost a snadnost ovládání. První částí práce je analýza řešené problematiky. V ní se práce zabývá nejprve vymezením produktové kategorie výtokových armatur - vodovodních baterií. Následuje část, která se stručně věnuje jejich historii. Další strany zaplňuje rozsáhlá rešerše trhu, která se zaměřuje zejména na konkurenční produkty, ale také na ty konkurující nepřímo, které mohou být zdrojem inspirace z hlediska tvarového nebo technologického. Součástí produktové rešerše je i přehled portfolia zadavatele práce. Dále se práce zabývá materiály pro výrobu, výrobními technologiemi a také technologiemi pro ovládání bezdotykových baterií. Práce také představuje možnosti úspory vody s bezdotykovými bateriemi, vymezuje pojmy jako ergonomie či antropometrie, ale zajímá se i o lidský - uživatelský faktor a jeho vliv na design. Zmíněna je také hygiena používání bezdotykových armatur. Následující část se již důkladně zabývá procesem navrhování od prvních skic, přes navrhované varianty až po finální designérské řešení. Součástí je také ergonomická studie a základní technická dokumentace. Výsledkem je ucelená řada 7 typů výtokových armatur, které mají potenciál k dalšímu rozvoji.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the design of a comprehensive product line of sensor outlet valves. However, these do not primarily target the commercial sector and public sanitation facilities, but rather households or accommodation facilities. The emphasis is on innovative solutions, but also on intuitiveness and ease of use. The first part of the thesis is an analysis of the problem at hand. In it, the thesis deals first with the definition of the product category of spout fittings - taps. This is followed by a section that briefly discusses their history. The next pages are filled with extensive market research, which focuses mainly on competing products, but also on those competing indirectly, which can be a source of inspiration in terms of shape or technology. The product research also includes an overview of the client's portfolio. Furthermore, the thesis deals with materials for production, manufacturing technologies as well as technologies for controlling touchless batteries. The thesis also presents the possibilities of water saving with touchless faucets, defines concepts such as ergonomics or anthropometry, but is also interested in the human-user factor and its influence on design. The hygiene of using touchless taps is also mentioned. The following section deals in depth with the design process, from the first sketches, through the proposed variants to the final design solution. An ergonomic study and basic technical documentation are also included. The result is a comprehensive range of 7 types of spout fittings that have the potential for further development.
